Personal Transformation: The Art & Science of Behavior Change with Philip Chard In-Person
Why do so many of us find it so challenging to change our behavior? Even when we are successful, why do we often “fall off the wagon” eventually? Recent behavioral science research has identified the underlying attitudes, motivations and methods that support lasting and positive behavior change. We now better understand what motivates us to change, how we accomplish it, and what sustains these transformations over time. We will examine:

- How to maintain motivation during the change process.
- Ways to overcome impediments to initiating and sustaining new behaviors.
