Memory Café In-Person
Join us for a poetry party with Gary Glazner! Together we'll create our own poem and share some fall themed snacks.
A Memory Cafe is an informal social gathering for those living with early-stage memory loss and their care partner.
Registration is appreciated, but drop ins are welcome too!
