Tea Talk In-Person

Learn about the world of tea with Aureal Ojeda, founder of Outwoken Tea. Aureal will discuss the challenges she faced starting a business during the pandemic, as well as the history & types of tea. You will be able to sample different types of tea at this event.

Aureal Ojeda's interest in healthy living led her to start her own tea import business offering unique teas from small providers, such as Tumio Purple Tea (from Kenya) and African White Pearl (from Malawi). Drinking tea from small growers encourages the use of sustainable, traditional methods and enables women to be independent and support their families.
